- Basic Identification: Discord User ID, Server ID (Guild ID), and Channel ID.
- Game Progress: Levels, Experience Points (XP), virtual inventory, potion recipes, Phial Spirit status, and related interaction logs.
- Transaction Information: When you make payments (e.g., AP refills or subscriptions), we record Order IDs, purchased items, amounts, timestamps, and payment status.
- What We DO NOT Collect: The Service never accesses, stores, or processes your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment credentials. All payments are handled externally by PayPal.
Collected data is used solely for the following:
- Service Provision: Ensuring your game progress and “Phial Spirits” are correctly saved and loaded.
- Transaction Verification: Validating payment status and delivering purchased digital items or membership benefits.
- Operational Optimization: Adjusting game balance, debugging, and preventing fraudulent activities or cheating.
3. Third-Party Data Processors
Your data may be processed by the following services:
- Discord (Platform): Basic account data is governed by Discord’s Privacy Policy.
- PayPal (Payment): Payment processing is handled by PayPal. Your financial information is protected under PayPal’s Privacy Statement.
- Google Cloud (Infrastructure): Our application and databases are hosted on Google Cloud Platform.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Game Data: To allow players to resume progress, game data is not automatically deleted when the bot is removed from a server.
- Financial Records: According to tax and financial regulations, records related to transactions (such as Order IDs) will be retained for the legally required period (typically 5-7 years), even if a user requests data deletion.
- Deletion Requests: If you wish to completely remove your personal game data, please contact the development team (see Section 8).

The Service strictly adheres to the age requirements set by Discord’s Terms of Service.
